The Happy Chick was born from a simple but powerful mission: to make crispy, delicious fried chicken that everyone can enjoy — especially those with gluten sensitivities and Celiac disease.

We use dedicated fryers, hormone-free chicken, and fry exclusively in grass-fed beef tallow — no seed oils, no shortcuts. Every bite is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free, and soy-free.

Based in South Salt Lake, Utah, we bring our food trailer to events across the valley — from birthday parties and weddings to corporate events and community markets.
