Food Truck Team Member

Fry Cook
Operate commercial fryers in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Beef tallow, no seed oils.

Handle customer orders, POS systems, and provide excellent front-of-house service.
Prep Cook
Prepare ingredients and assist with kitchen setup before and during events.
Kitchen Assistant
Support the kitchen team with prep, cleaning, and station maintenance.

Our business is mobile. As a team member, you may work at:

Some events are located up to one hour away from Salt Lake City.
When available, employees may ride with our crew in the company truck or carpool to events.
Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.

Do I need food service experience?
Food service experience is helpful, but we welcome dependable applicants who are ready to learn. Training is provided for the role you are hired to do.
What kind of schedule should I expect?
Schedules vary by event. Many shifts include evenings, weekends, farmers markets, festivals, corporate lunches, and private catering.
Do I need reliable transportation?
Reliable transportation is preferred because events take place across Northern Utah. When available, team members may be able to carpool with the crew.
What are the physical expectations?
Food truck work can include standing for extended shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
